Clay enjoys speaking with middle and high schools, juvenile programs, correctional facilities, community organizations, nonprofits, and youth-focused groups seeking meaningful engagement and lasting impact.

What sets Clay apart is his ability to connect with audiences in a genuine and immediate way. He doesn’t deliver a scripted presentation—he creates an environment where individuals feel seen, understood, and challenged to think differently about their choices and their future.

Through his story and the work of the Honesty Project, audiences gain something that is both rare and necessary: a clear, honest perspective on accountability, personal growth, and the steps required to move forward.

Speaking engagements with Clay Anders begin at $1,500 per hour.

This fee reflects the time, preparation, travel, and mission-driven work connected to each engagement. In select cases, the Honesty Project may consider a reduced or waived speaking fee for organizations that closely align with our mission and serve youth, underserved communities, faith-based initiatives, or individuals facing significant barriers.

Organizations requesting a fee waiver will be asked to complete a short form so our team can better understand the event, audience, budget, and potential community impact.
