// BECOME A VOLUNTEER

Show up for youth. Serve the community. Be part of the work.

The Honesty Project is built on faith, service, mentorship, and community support. Volunteers help make it possible to create positive experiences, support youth events, serve the community, and walk alongside young people who need encouragement, consistency, and direction.

Volunteering with the Honesty Project is more than helping at an event.

It is an opportunity to support work that is already happening across Lincoln and be part of something rooted in faith, accountability, service, and purpose.

A group of children and two adults posing on the stairs of a wooden house with a large balcony. The adults are mostly standing behind the children, with one flexing their arm. The children are sitting and making peace signs or other hand gestures, and some are smiling or looking at the camera. The house has a wooden roof and the sky in the background is partly cloudy.

A Note About Safety

Because the Honesty Project serves youth, volunteer involvement is reviewed carefully.

Submitting a volunteer form does not guarantee approval or placement. Depending on the role, volunteers may be asked to complete additional steps before serving.

Our goal is to protect the youth we serve while creating meaningful opportunities for community members to get involved.
