  • Clay Anders is the founder of the Honesty Project and a Lincoln native with a story rooted in redemption, faith, and second chances.

    Clay knows firsthand how quickly wrong choices can change the direction of a life. After experiencing both the juvenile system and prison, he made the decision to rebuild his life, grow in his faith, and use his past to help others find a better path forward.

    Today, Clay is deeply involved in the Lincoln community, mentoring youth, supporting individuals and families, creating positive events, and speaking openly about choices, consequences, accountability, and purpose. His lived experience allows him to connect with people in a way that feels honest, direct, and real.

    Through the Honesty Project, Clay is committed to showing up for people who need guidance, encouragement, and opportunity. He believes mistakes do not have to define a person’s future—and that with faith, support, and accountability, lives can change.
